CHAPELLE de NOVILIS produces premiums, fine and elegant wines in the area of Languedoc, between Bezier and Saint-Chinian.

The vines extend over 15 hectares in the protected geographical indication of COTEAUX d'ENSERUNE. Some parcels are in plain, along the Orb, others in small hillsides. They all have a fairly unique micro climate due to both the influence of the sea, 15 km to the south and the foothills of the Massif Central, the Caroux, 50km north.

The vines ar 25 to 30 years old, which is essential for the production of grapes from high quality

The soils are mainly limestone-clay and deep. Some plots are rolled pebbles old river terraces. These profiles allow the vines to deeply sink into the soil to get the water they need to carry the grapes to perfect ripeness.
